1. mencuci mate
-yang ini ak baru dgr nih.sbbkan org pempuan de kuarkan bahan kimia time stress, so Allah jadikan tangisan tu tuk dier releasekan bahan kimia tu. subhanAllah. rupenye,baru aku tahu.patut la aku kuat nanges.ehehe

2. kurangkan stress
- mestila kan, bile pas nanges tu sure lege kan??kalo aku terlalu tensen ngn study atau keje, tapi tak tahu nak bt ape, ak akan tepon mak n nanges2 kat mak.waaahh, puas nye rase.hoho

3. emosi yg teruja
- bile emosi yg di rasai tu terlalu melampau, cnthnye, gembire yg teramat, sedih yg sgt2 atau terharu ke, ha..pempuan senang mengalirkan airmata sbg ekspresi perasaan dier tuh.

4. penyesalan atau keinsafan
- nih kate dr fadzilah kamsah, dikategorikan sbg tangisan yg berkualiti kalo tangisan keinsafan dan penyesalan dialirkan kerana Allah.

5. ugutan emosi
- ha, yg nih, antare jugak punca pempuan menanges. sebab nak ugut org yg menengok atau mndgr tu supaye cair atau cuak atau kelam kabut atau ikut sedih skali. cthnye, cam adek korang la bile nak suh mak korang belikan mainan ke, tak dpt je terus menanges. sbb mak korang malas nak layan dier nanges tu, haaa..belikan jugak la kan.hoho.

1. korang janganla sekali2 cube nak tnye orang yg tgh nanges tu, ei, knp menanges ni...?
haa..mmgla org tu nanges kuat lagi.ape yg korg leh buat, dgr je dulu.diam kejap.takpun bwk dier pegi jauh2 sket dari tempat kejadian atau tmpat dier memule nanges.

2. kalo dier nanges tu sbb tensen ke, sbb marah ke, dgrkan je walopon dier salah ke,bnde yg dier ckp tu tak betul ke, biar dulu, bile dier dah slow sket, barula korang cakap pepe kat dier.

3. tapi, jgnla bt2 tak tahu plak kalo org tgh nanges.nmpak kwn korang nanges, korang bt dono je.lagila org tu sedih sbb tak de orang plak nak pujuk dier.ehehe

4.kalo mak korang nanges cthnye, peluk dier, pegang tangan dier sbgai menunjukkan rase kasih sayang korang,org yg menanges tu akan rase lege sket sbb ade org care n amek berat.

5.aa, kalo korang ade bt org menanges ke, pujuk la dgn memberi adiah ke, bt something special ke. org pempuan mmg sng digule2 kan dgn hadiah.betul ni, tak tipu!


kesimpulannye dari sini, orang yang bahagia atau gembire tak semestinye tersenyum tapi
orang yang tersenyum, insyaAllah gembire.jadik kite manyak2 kan senyum eih.rase2 nak nanges cbe try senyum dulu.=)

bile korang marah, cube try nih:-

1. Amek air semayang
kalo situasi korg membolehkan korg amek wuduk, dialu2 kan buat. sbb nyer ble kite tgh marah, panas je hati tu kan, bagi kene air, baru sejuk.kan??hehe

2. istighfar
bile marah ni, tak lain tak bukan yg bagik tambah panas tentula syaitoon tuu, jadik, kte same2 bykkan istighfar semoge tak timbul tindakan2 sampingan bile kite rase marah tu. takde la jadik kes org len kene maki ke, kene pok ke.

3. kalo tgh bangun, duduk.kalo duduk, berdiri
bile dok tgh2 marah2 tuh, kalo korg tgh berdiri, dudukla kejap. Tuka position sbb mase tgh marah tu, tegang segale macam urat kat bdn kite ni ha, jadik duduk kejap.bagi cool, bagi slow sket degup jntung yg cm nak terkeluar sbb marah kan. kalo tgh duduk, berdiri.kalo nak lagi oke, baring.tido terus.hehe.terus lupe.

4. tarik nafas dalam2
hmmmmmmmmppppp....fuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh.tarik nafas.hembus.tarik lagi.smpaila korg rase korg da lege sket.kasik byk sket oksigen masuk,cmtuh barula otak leh berpikir ngn waras.kan?




5. bace quran atau buku atau ape saje yang bermanfaat
sebaiknye begitulah. lagi best kalo kite bace tafsir. dok tgh2 marah tu, Dia bagi petunjuk, kene lak kat ayat yg penyejuk ati. reda sket marah tu.

6. cakap ngn kawan
g kat kawan yg salu sejukkan ati korg tu. ade kawan yg leh pujuk time kite susah ati, ade yg jenis suke bagi nasihat,ade plak yg akan motivate kite, pilihla yg mane2.jgn plak g carik org yg korg tgh marah plak yer.




7. telefon org-orangan
telefon mak ke, adek ke, awek ke, pkwe ke.hehe.telefon la sape2 yg korg senang berckp. yang leh bt korg tersenyum, gembire, yg leh dgr masalah.

8. senyum
senyum.senyum je.tgh2 marah tu, cube korg try.siyes, mmg cepat baek.kalo bengis2 pun,bt ape, tak comey pun??

9. bt bnde yang korang suke
g la, makan ke, duduk2 ke, siram bunga,tulis blog.g men beskal, badminton, jalan2.macam2 kan.korg pun tahu ape yg korg suke. bt la mnde yg baek2.jgn bt mnde yg tak elok, nnti brtmbah plak marah2 korg tuh.tak abeh marah yg tadik, dtg la marah laen. DIA marah lg teruk.

10. tgk pemandangann
tgk laut, tgk muke mak ayah.tgk UMP yg cantek nih.jalan2 pusing2 tgk org joging petang2,lalu blok baru bt tuh, lalu kat lab kimia.pusing lagi sekali.ha, cantek kan UMP??kuikui



11. dengar lagu
dengar lagu.slow ke, rock ke, jiwang ke.rnb ke.keroncong ke.ape2la,korang pun ade minat masing2.bukak lagu kejap. kalo leh, nyanyik sekali. nanti korang lupe la kejap marah korg tuh.silap2 siap berangan nak masuk mesian idol lagi tuh.

budak: eish, putera, meh2, dok sini..

putera: akak kate nak blnje kami eskrem kan??

budak: ha, yela, tapik kene la dapat no satu dulu, baru akak bagi eskrem.oke??

putera: abang tu mane akak??

budak: aa..err..(muke blur).

putera: kite men teke teki nak??

budak: haaa..bleh2.ha, putera mula dulu la..

putera:oke2, kite men teka teki bende2 yang kat dalam cafe ni la ea??

budak: ha, bleh2.(kuikui..kacang gile je nih..)

putera: okeh!mende ape yang sedap tapik tak bleh dimakan??

putera: kalo ade laki ngn pempuan, setan la kat tgh2 dier!!!(dengan kuatnye.tak tahula kalo budak meje sebelah terase)hahahaha.

p/s: dah lame tak borak ngan putera. ade2 je dier tuh.salu je buat lawak ngn perangai dier yg macam2.dulu sanggup turun cafe semate2 nak jumpe dier je.lately sgt busy.sory ye putera.

erk,yeay~esok pekse first aku.dah rase dah sket2 heat2 nak pekse,cuak2 tak abeh study tu rase dah.hoho.well, dsebabkan sesuai dgn musim exam skrg.so, ak nak citer pasal mnde2 yang berkaitan ngn exam la kan.so, korang dah bape lame study??dari mggu lepas?sebulan yang lalu?habeh test 2 aritu?ke lepas tgk carry mark yang cm ckup2 sendawe je??eih, tapik kalo sendawe tu mksdnye kenyang ek.carry mark yg cam ckup2 duit makan smntare nak abeh exam ni la mcm.so, cmne?

aa, ni berikut nih,mungkin perkare2 yg korg hadapi mase2 tgh study week nih.

1. Bwk buku cam tak ckup je time study nih, rase cm belum abeh lagi study numet, tapi CRE nyer carry mark cm *ughhh, nk stdy dua2 serentak ke?

2. mesin kire2 korang tak mmberikan kerjasama. Siap kuar can't solve???




3. Meja study patah. Magik ke ape nih.Aish..sabarlah hati.



4. muke surat buku korang koyak.oke lagi.takpe.tapikkk nih open book exam..hahaha

okeih, tu mungkin sebahagian je.tak byk mane pun. mungkin byk lagi yg mungkin korang hadapi.gadoh ngn kawan la sebab kawan korang tanak study same la, tak nak kongsi hint la. pastuh tak pun gaduh ngn pakwe.pakwe ade paper hari nih, korang takde paper, sape nak meset2 korang?hahaha. dan aku rase, byk aktiviti yang korang buat tuk menghilangkan tensem2@amarah korang@penat study.n kdg2 aku rase aktiviti2 yang lain nih mengalahkan waktu study plak.harapnyer tidak la kan. korang dah besa. (Lu pikirla senirik: kate nabil).kalo yang berpekdah, lame2 takpe.

tersebut kisah di suatu petang yang membecakkan ketiak, lebeh kurang 4.00 petang lah..

budak masuk ke dalam kedai.budak nampak ade sorang budak membeli aiskrim.hmm, comey gak budak nih.sejuk sket ati aku. budak nmpak sorang makcik tgh menengok2 barang.aish, mak sape la datang melawat nih. untung betul, ade jugak org dtg menjenguk time2 exam nih. nak fotostat. budak masuk ke dalam kedai, dan berjalan masuk ke bahagian belakang kedai.alamak, takde orang la plak.bleh tak ak fotostat sendiri je.budak bergerak ke depan semule.

budak: kak, nak fotostat leh? budak bertanye sambil mencari2 kipas di dalam kedai.

kak: tggu jap ea dik..

budak: okay, budak menjawab sambil tersenyum.budak melihat sekeliling.owh, ramainye orang, akak nih keje sorang je ke.kesiannye.takpela, tggu kejap.budak duduk di bawah kipas kedai. huii..panasnye hari nih..berkate2 budak dalam hati sambil mengipas2kan tangan di kertas walopon tak rase anginnye pun.

5 minit berlalu. budak melihat kak sibuk melayan pelanggan laen.aish, dier ni igt ke tak.ak nak fotostat nih. takpela, tggu kejap..budak bergerak ke arah peti sejuk kedai. ai, rase cam nak masuk je dalam peti sejuk tuh.macam best je, budak berkire2 dalam hati.

3 minit berlalu.

budak bertanya kepada kakak. kak, nak fotostat?

kakak terkejut melihat budak. eh?takde orang ke kat belakang ke dik?
la?ade orang ke kat blakang?cis, buat penat je ak tunggu kat depan. budak rase panas je dalam hati.nk tergelak pun ade.

budak brjalan ke tempat fotostat. eh, ade orangla.laa,orang ni keje sini ke?ak igt mak student mane. budak rase nak tergelak dalam hati.bila semakin dekat, budak perasan orang tersebut nampak jauh lebih muda berbanding kali pertama dier nampak tadik.

budak: kak, saye nak fotostat ni kak. em, ade pemadam tak?nak padam sket nih.. budak bertanye kepada 'mak student' tersebut sambil cuba menyenyumkan diri sbb terase muke kelat dari tadik.

'mak student': dik cari la dalam bekas tuh, ade tak.

budak: okei. budak, mencari2 di dalam bekas bulat. budak tak nampak pun bentuk2 pemadam kecuali sepit kertas yang berlonggokkan. mane pemadam nih.tolongla, aku nak cepat.budak tengok lagi.aish,takde pun pemadam.

'mak student': ade tak dik?

budak: tak de pun kak? budak menyerahkan bekas tersebut kepada akak

'mak student': nih ha dik, cari caner..

budak: owh.. pemadam tu kale merah.cis, ak tak expect pun pemadam dier canggih sgt smpai kale merah.stabilo plak tuh.dehh, bakpela ak tak nampak.budak pun sibuk memadam sket contengan kat kertas.

budak: em, ni dier kak..dah. budak menyerahkan sambil mengukir senyum di bibir. (hipokritnye budak)

'mak student': dik nak fotostak A3 yer?

budak: haah,emm..akak buat..emm, 2 copy la ea.

tibe2 'mak student' tuh mengambil semule bekas bulat tadik. dier mengeluarkan sume isik2 dalam bekas bulat tersebut.

'mak student': haiii, byknyer sepit dalam bekas nih. boleh jual balik dah ni..
budak: (senyum lagi)

'mak student': adoi, ade plak yg rosak plak nih. ('mak student' mengambil sebiji sepit). kene betulkan nih, boleh la gune balik. ('mak student' cube membetulkan sepit tersebut)

budak: (tercengang.ape dier buat nih?)

'mak student': haa..boleh pun. hei, budak2 ni, men campak je sume sepit dalam bekas nih. cube susun sket. ('mak student' mengemas2 pulak bekas2 bulat len)

'mak student': eh, ade gule2 la. ('mak student' ternampak gule2 halls kat dalam satu bekas bulat lalu mengambilnye). hei, saje je budak2 ni letak sini. nak bagi kat aku kot. ('mak student' tergelak smbil memandang kepada budak)

budak: (wut the fish???)

'mak student': (mengambil gunting dan cube membukak gule2 tersebut). sedap tak gule2 ni?

budak: mm..haah. sedap..budak jawab sambil tersenyum.

'mak student': nak?

budak: takpela,hehe.. (weihhhhhh, ak nak cepatlaaaaaaa!!!!)..mm..berangin gule tu kak, sedap.

'mak student': iyer?('mak student' sudah memasukkan gule2 tersebut dalam mulutnye)

budak: mm..hehe.. '

mak student': hah, awak nk fotostat ni yer tadik.('mak student' merujuk kepada kertas di atas meje). nih kenape tak fotostat sume? tak nampk la bhgn berlipat nih. 'mak student' tuh bertanye plak

budak: aa, mmg tanak bhgn berlipat tu, sbb tu lipat.(weiii, fotostat je la, ak nak cepat nih!!!)

'mak student': habis, nnti tak nampak sume?

budak: aaa..mmg tanak pun bhgn tuh..budak senyum ke arah 'mak student' tersebut. (budak rase nak menangis. apekah?? ak nak cepat nih)

mak student gelak dan pergi ke arah mesin fotostat.

budak: (huh..lege)

'mak student': bayar sini yer dik, tk yah g depan. 20 sen satu helai. sebab A3

budak: ha, oke2...(smbil menghulurkan duit ketas)

'mak student': ala, tkde duit kecik la dik..len kali je la bayar.

budak: (hah??pulak???)

I am hoping perhaps you could answer a question of mine. The other day I was debating a Christian about God's love. I myself am a former Christian, now Muslim. He asked me if Allah's Love was unconditional and I was stumped, because in the Qur’an it says God does not love those who do evil. So I am confused, is God's Love based on Doing Good, or is His love unconditional? If it is based on doing Good, does that mean when I make mistakes and sin, he stops loving me? I am hoping you could answer this or give me a link to a site that can. I hope its not a dumb question, I am just confused on this issue. Thank you.

No, this is not a dumb question. The only dumb thing is not to ask when you have a question.

As Christians would say that God loves the sinner but hates the sin and it is true in Islam too.

Indeed, "The Loving" is one of Allah's names as He said about Himself: "And He is the Forgiving and Loving" (Qur'an 85:14). Love is just a word which must be translated in action and it becomes obedience in the case of His creation, human beings, and mercy in case of the Creator, Allah. You can see that when love is translated into action it is mercy and His mercy is unconditional. You receive Allah's mercy whether you are an obedient servant of Allah or you are a mushrik (pagan, idolater) and a sinner; they all receive equal treatment in this life. Let us take a few examples:

• A man may say to his wife "I love you" but he beats her and does not provide for her. Does he love her?
• A wife says to her husband "I love you" but when he desires sex she does not agree to it. Does she love him?
• A child says to his parents "I love you" but he disobeys them most of the time. Does he/she love them?

Love must be translated in action, attitude and behavior, otherwise it is just a word without meaning. Similarly Allah's love is translated in His attributes of forgiving, compassion and mercy. Look around and you will find that Allah's mercy is spread all around. "Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem" means "In the name of Allah the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate." The words are AR-RaHMan and AR-RaHeeM. AR represents the article AL, meaning "the". The root word is RHM, which may be read as RaHiMa or RaHaMa, means mercy. Allah does not use two identical words next to each other unless there is a difference in their meaning.

Allah is Ar-Raheem for all humankind irrespective of their belief in Allah and their character whether they believe in Allah or not; whether they are good-doers or evil-doers; they all obtain their sustenance from Allah. Many evil people are very rich because Allah decided to give them all the wealth and good things of this life; this is because Allah is Ar-Raheem. Allah is also Ar-Rahman for the believers in Him; they are good-doers. They receive special blessings from Allah, that is, happiness and contentment in this life and reward in the hereafter.

As for the life hereafter, or the next life, the matter is different. The Christian concept of God is a merciless God. He punishes the sinless, Jesus, for the wrong done by others. The Christian God is powerless to forgive sins and accept repentance. He makes the entire mankind sinners for the sin of one couple, Adam and Eve. The Christian God is incapable of forgiving the sin of one couple but makes their entire progeny sinners. For forgiving their sins he has to concoct a charade of bringing "his son" who is sinless and kills him for no fault of his own. This is a cruel god and a pagan-assumed god, not the One True God.

The Bible says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16 NKJV). The converse of this statement is that the rest of humanity will perish, that is, will go to hell without any other way of receiving His forgiveness for the sin they did not commit. What happens to the people who were born and died before God decide to concoct this charade only 2000 years ago? It seems that the Christian God is a poor planner and a late thinker because it took him thousands if not millions of years to find a way of forgiving "the sins" of mankind. What happens to those who never received the message of Jesus until it was thoroughly corrupted by the "Christians" and it became illogical and unacceptable?

In the Qur'an Allah says that He does not love those who reject Him (3:32), does not love those who are transgressors (2:57, 140, 5:87, 7:55), does not love those who are evil-livers (5:64), does not love evil talk (4:148) and others. In all these cases love is connected to the deeds of a person. At the same time Allah does not deprive them of anything in this life. You will not find that all good people are rich and all sinners are living in poverty and a wretched life. Allah gives a person life-long opportunity to turn away from the life of sin and disobedience and receive His forgiveness. Conversely, Allah says, "Say, if you love Allah, obey me (Muhammad), Allah will love you and forgive you your sins, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful" (3:31). If you love Allah show it in your conduct and obey Allah and His Messenger, for obedience of His Messenger is the obedience of Allah (4:80). It means our expression of love is in obedience.

See what Allah also says in the Qur'an, "Say: O My slaves (mankind) who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgives all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful..." (39:53-58). Here the message is that those who commit evil are doing wrong and hurting themselves in this life and the next, however, Allah's forgiveness has no limits and the only condition is asking for forgiveness and repentance (not committing wrongs again knowingly).

Allah has created everything from nothing. While a person was still in a state of “nothingness,” Allah granted him or her life as a blessing. Our Lord, the Most Merciful, the Most Gracious, and the possessor of infinite mercy, has provided everything for His servants: a vast variety of foods, fruits, and flowers; lovely creatures and landscapes in which we take pleasure; and all other things, from the Sun to water, from the air we breathe to the vitamins we need. He created all of this perfectly on our world, which travels thousands of kilometers per hour in outer space, and maintains it in absolute safety. Believers who think about the blessings bestowed upon them, who are aware that He can do all things and is the sole sovereign of the universe, the Creator of everything in the best possible form, will feel their love for Allah strengthen. Those who love and fear Allah, and hold Him in awe, will faithfully observe the boundaries that He has established for humanity, show great sensitivity when implementing His rules, and do their best to win His good pleasure, love, mercy, and Paradise.
